“We arrived an hour after the 3:00pm check in time but the room they reserved for us still hadn’t been cleaned. Since we had food for an event with us, we were given a different room which was very nice and clean. The staff member was helpful when the door card key didn’t work to the new room and quickly reprogrammed it. The luggage cart’s top that was installed upside down from my previous visit 2 weeks earlier and prevents guests from having a place to put their hanging clothes had not been……

“multiple cockroaches are everywhere in my room. Best estimates I would say I have seen 10-15. They are small, moving around fast. They went into my food so I have to trash it. Such a nasty hotel room is a symbol of, I don’t know what to say precisely, nightmare. I hardly recall I had this kind of room experience before. The breakfast is most nothing. Building is old. ”

“The breakfast was horrible, but it was expected from the reviews. The sink in our room had a leak and it was reported and nothing was done. The bed was sufficient to sleep on and I wouldn't say comfortable. The property is five years old and looks ten. There are no washer or dryers but linen bags in the rooms. The outside door to get into the hallway of where are room was was broke and was reported. At four every morning it sounded like someone was going to rip it of the hinges trying to get in.……

“Amazing property. So tranquil and relaxing, the kids had a great time fishing and enjoying the outdoor beach area. The host was fast with communication as well. The beds and pillows were also extremely comfortable, not your typical cheap ones that are at most VRBOs. Highly recommend and will be back! Thanks again!”
